This month, we’re introducing a Timeline Management feature to enhance visibility and foster collaboration, ensuring your projects stay on track efficiently and responsibly.
Key Highlights
- Visual Gantt Chart Interface: You can view your project timeline in a clear Gantt chart format, helping you easily understand task durations, dependencies, deadlines, and how everything fits together.
- Create and Manage Tasks: Add tasks with all the essential details—name, planned and actual dates, completion targets, and assigned owners—so everyone knows what they’re responsible for.
- Set Task Dependencies: Link tasks that rely on one another. If one task can’t start until another finishes, you can define that relationship.
- Collaborate Through Comments: Communicate directly on tasks by leaving comments, using @ mentions to loop in teammates. All historical comments are stored in one central location for easy reference.
- Stay Informed with Weekly Email Summaries: Opt in to receive a weekly summary email from Rabbet that keeps you updated on tasks and alerts you to any overdue items.
- Standardize Workflows Across Projects: As an admin, you can define standard task templates for different types of projects—saving time and ensuring consistency across your entire organization.
- Get Portfolio-Wide Visibility: Reports let you analyze tasks across multiple projects. Use filters and saved views to zero in on key insights fast.
