Rabbet Customer Connect 2026 Recap

Customer Connect 2026 brought lenders, developers, and partners from across construction finance together for two days in Denver — more than 20 speakers and companies spanning banks, private lenders, developers, servicers, and service providers. The agenda was full, but the conversations were the heart of it: candid, peer-to-peer, and grounded in the realities of the work.
How the two days unfolded
Day one was a relaxed start — a choice of optional golf or a city tour, followed by a welcome dinner. Day two was the main event: a full agenda of sessions and panels, capped by a closing happy hour where the conversations kept going.
Sessions included:
- Opening remarks from CEO Will Mitchell to kick off the day
- AI in real estate — where the technology actually fits in today's market
- Brand-led development
- Product updates and roadmap — what's shipped and an early look at what's next
- Draw packaging and management best practices
- Rabbet power users: workflow best practices

- Role-based breakout sessions — HUD roundtable, budget and project setup, draw package review, and agreements management
What attendees valued most
Attendees rated the experience an average of 4.8 out of 5. More than the score, what came through was the time spent with peers who understand the work — comparing workflows, asking direct questions, and sharing lessons across both sides of construction finance. Many left with new connections, and everyone got an early look at where Rabbet is headed.
